Career

I am one of the founding partners at Wordley Partnership, prior to which I was senior associate at a leading international law firm.

I am described as a “rising star” in the Legal 500 and I have a broad range of experience in commercial litigation acting for multi nationals and SMEs in relation to contractual disputes and insolvency proceedings.  I regularly advise clients in international arbitrations, both institutional and ad hoc.

I also have significant expertise in insurance and reinsurance coverage and defence work and in particular in the resolution of large, complex, cross boarder disputes in the energy and mining sectors.  I regularly advise on policy wordings and product development, as well as regulatory issues.

Although I have advised in the majority of dispute resolution forums, my focus is always on achieving a timely commercial solution where possible.
