I’ve worked in City of London law firms  for over 25 years and at partner level since 2005 working with start ups to multinationals in diverse sectors.

Currently I am  Head of the Corporate and Commercial Team at Wordley Partnership in London. My current practice is diverse but has developed into some particular sectors being mining and natural resources, new technologies, media and sports, insurance and cannabis.

My practise encompasses corporate finance M & A and market listings on the Standard List and AIM including SPACs,  plus corporate governance, and private equity. My clients range from quoted public companies and private companies, to partnerships and start-ups.

I’ve advised, amongst others, Amicus Insurance, SRJ Technologies Limited, Ferro Alloy Resources Limited, Mila Resources Plc, SAG (an Old Mutual group entity), Highlands Natural Resources Plc, Bell Microsystems, Oomisoft, Centrepoint, Sovereign Oilfield Services Plc, Enterprise Asia Plc, United Energy Plc, Acer Computers, I2 Analytical, and a number of high profile sports clubs.

I was previously Managing Partner at Smithfield Partners and worked with Hammonds LLP and Addleshaw Goddard LLP.
