My experience has focussed heavily on substantial insurance and reinsurance disputes across a broad range of sectors, and I have a particular interest in construction and energy matters along with experience of the shipping sector.

My further experience in professional indemnity disputes, in particular brokers E&O claims, includes involvement on multi-million pound disputes. I have also been involved with some of the leading business interruption disputes during the COVID-19 pandemic.

I have assisted and acted in a range of commercial disputes in the High Court, as well as international arbitration and mediation.  Before joining Wordley Partnership, I worked at two international law firms and have now undertaken secondments at three well-known London Market Insurers.

My experience includes complex high-value commercial litigation for large international organisations, as well as acting for smaller corporations and individuals.  I have also worked on non-contentious matters, in particular advice in relation to policy wording and regulatory matters.
