I am an experienced employment lawyer who has acted for a wide range of clients during 20 years of practice. I have a reputation for a straightforward, no-nonsense approach to the issues coupled with a common sense approach to costs.

I now act predominantly on behalf of businesses and senior executives in all areas of employment law and my commercial clients range in size from a number of SME’s with 5-25 employees to multinational organisations including a number of independent schools.

I am also a visiting lecturer on several leading post graduate courses and deliver regular training and updates to CIPD North Yorkshire members both in person and through webinars which are simultaneously delivered to a number of national and global institutions.
