I am a solicitor, notary public, and Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.  My Alternative Dispute Resolution practice includes CEDR accredited mediation, expert determination and early neutral evaluation.

My areas of practice include intellectual property rights  (IPR) – copyright, trademarks, design, branding, image, story and format rights, trade secrets, and passing off including the application of IPR to emerging technologies such as blockchain and AI.

I’m also a Commercial Law Advisor on complicated consequential loss claims especially in relation to economic loss.

My practice sector specialisms include multi-media such as film, TV, music, publishing, design and fashion, gaming, photography, technology and innovation including fintech, insurtech and lawtech, the automotive industry and the renewable and sustainable energy sectors.

I am a contributing writer and lecturer for, amongst others, the EU Audio Visual Observatory. The University of Reading, The London Screenwriters’ Festival and Cologne Film School.
