I have over 25 years experience as a solicitor covering marine insurance, carriage of goods, LOF salvage, charterparty disputes, limitation of liability, civil litigation, arbitration (including LCIA & LMAA), mediation, commodity sale and purchase contracts/vessel and energy asset sales & purchases and towage and supply-time contracts.

I have handled large LOF salvage cases and recoveries arising from collisions, engine room/scavenge fires and groundings on casualties such as OCEAN BLESSING, SAUDI HOFUF, MEGA LUCK and MARINA BAY.

I also acted successfully in a reported High Court case on the interpretation of a jurisdiction clause in a Club LOU.

Prior to joining Wordley Partnership, I worked as a Solicitor with an established City Firm for 6 years and subsequently set up a successful shipping and international trade law firm.

I provide hands-on practical, commercial and effective advice and also consult on anti-piracy & security related matters arising in West Africa.
