Vedran Obradović is a lawyer who joined LeitnerLaw Rechtsanwälte in 2018, since 2022 as partner.

Before joining LeitnerLaw Rechtsanwälte, he was head of office of the Austrian Takeover commission for more than two years. He worked several years at a well-known law firm in Vienna, and as a university assistant at the Institute of Civil and Company Law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business as well as at the University of Graz.

He specializes in Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Capital Market and Stock Exchange Law.

Vedran Obradović regularly lectures and publishes in his areas of expertise.
