Stefan Piringer is a lawyer, tax consultant and liquidator, and a sworn and court-certified expert.

He joined LeitnerLaw Rechtsanwälte in 2021 and specializes in a variety of interdisciplinary issues (legal, business administration, tax law) in the area of corporate recovery and restructuring, and insolvency law. Other focus areas include corporate law/M&A and real estate law.

Stefan Piringer obtained his training and expertise at well-known commercial law firms and tax consulting companies in Vienna and Linz.

He regularly lectures and publishes in his area of expertise.
