Daniel Lungenschmid is a lawyer and has been a Director at LeitnerLaw Rechtsanwälte since 2022.

He specialises in corporate and commercial law, in particular mergers and acquisitions (Private M&A), joint ventures and venture capital transactions, as well as national and international reorganisations and restructurings. He regularly lectures and publishes on his areas of expertise.

Before joining LeitnerLaw Rechtsanwälte, Daniel Lungenschmid worked with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer for ten years, most recently as a Principal Associate. He studied law and commercial law at the University of Innsbruck before starting his professional career in Vienna.
