Cristian Freire Holguín earned his law degree from Sergio Arboleda University in 2010 and specialized in Commercial, Financial, and Administrative Law. He has been involved in highly complex and significant matters, providing comprehensive advice in these practice areas.

With seven years of experience, Mr. Freire has advised on infrastructure projects, representing the interests of insurance entities, state contractors, and public entities. He has extensive experience in administrative and judicial claims seeking to establish the state's financial liability, defending the rights of individuals and legal entities against public service failures and similar events. Mr. Freire leads the firm's practice areas in State Liability and Contracts, Construction, and Infrastructure.
