Natalia is an attorney who graduated in 2019 from the Faculty of Jurisprudence at Universidad del Rosario, where she also specialized in Government Contracting. She has experience in administrative law, public procurement, and infrastructure.

She has worked at law firms, providing legal advice in bidder selection processes, drafting legal opinions on public procurement matters, and participating in consultancy projects for infrastructure structuring. Additionally, she has been part of the legal team of an EPC company under a PPP concession framework.

Currently, she is part of the firm's Public Law and Infrastructure Department, leading legal advisory efforts for key projects that are essential to Bogotá’s mobility.
