Position
Martina Linden is a lawyer and mediator at Strasser Haindl Meyer specialising in dispute resolution, insurance law and corporate law. She has gained many years’ experience working at well-known commercial law firms in Vienna in the field of banking and corporate litigation and has focused her recent practice on ADR/mediation. She advises insurers as part of complex D&O, auditor, insolvency and banking disputes and other corporate clients on challenging questions of corporate law.
