He has wide experience in matters of Public Law. He participated in the structuring and negotiation of some of the most important PPP projects currently taking place in Ecuador.

In the public sector, he served as General Coordinator of the Legal Advisory (2013) and Advisor in the Concessions Undersecretariat of the Ecuadorian Ministry of Transport and Public Works (2016).

He has worked in prestigious law firms in the country.  He was head professor of the International Public and Private Law Schools for several years, at Universidad de las Américas, in Quito.

As part of his professional experience, he also served as Legal Manager for two companies, part of a Russian holding dedicated to the fishing sector in Argentina (2015).

Mario has been a speaker at conferences on PPP, oriented to bodies of the public sector in Ecuador.
