Andrés worked for the SRI (Ecuadorian IRS) for 16 years, where he served in management positions, such as Fiscal Notary, Tax Analyst, Coercive Expert, National Chief of Collection, National Director of Collection and Assistance, Director of “Zone 9”, General Deputy of Tax Complying and Assessor to the General Management.

His vast experience has enriched him with profound knowledge in regards to sanctioning processes, tax control, tax litigation, tax crimes, international tax, tax returns, administrative claims and tax consultations.
