A seasoned expert, Matt’s practice focuses on government and internal investigations, white collar defence, anti-corruption due diligence, and regulatory compliance and bribery. He has advised on all aspects of anti-corruption requirements, including investigations, representations before prosecutors and regulators, and defence in criminal and civil matters, and has created and implemented appropriate compliance programmes and procedures. Matt also has a thriving civil litigation practice, specialising in fraud, bribery and complex data and privacy issues.
