Career

Jorge Ignacio has more than 15 years advising foreign and local institutions in the most prominent cross border transactions of the Paraguayan market. Before leading Colab, he was the Managing Partner of Gross Brown for 8 years and worked as an associate at the New York firm Fox Horan & Camerini LLP. Also, during 2020 he worked as a special advisor to the Director of Itaipu Binacional, Paraguay´s most important strategic infrastructure and the world´s largest hydroelectric dam in terms of energy production.

Memberships

Member of the Board of Desarrollo en Democracia, a Paraguayan think tank. Member on behalf of the private sector of the Advisory Board of the Becas Carlos Antonio Lopez (BECAL), a government sponsored scholarship program to increase human capital by sending masters and phd candidates to top ranked schools in the world.
