Career

As a Partner Solicitor with Wildcat Law, Catherine is a dual-qualified lawyer in England & Wales and in France.  She is especially versed in matters involving France and Monaco.

Before joining Wildcat Law, Catherine was a seasoned corporate lawyer specialising in cross-border issues (tax, employment, immigration, human resources) in an international context.

She advised wealthy private clients (including high-net-worth individuals), acted for the last decade as General Counsel of a Single Family Offices.  As a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, she is TEP accredited and is regularly instructed on cross border Probate matters involving French assets or French Domicile.

Much of Catherine’s wider work involves providing comprehensive legal advice for English-speaking clients acquiring and holding assets in France; or French nationals with, or seeking to acquire, UK assets.

She also advises on all aspects of relocating to the UK, Monaco and France and UK business generally.

She understands the British way of thinking when advising, being a French native speaker, she has an in-depth understanding of the way France and its administration, systems and people work.
