As a Partner Solicitor with Wildcat Law, William is a qualified lawyer in England & Wales.

William is based in North Wiltshire, acting for clients in the South, from Bristol along the M4 corridor and the surrounding areas.  He has practised in Bristol for a number of years and is now expanding his Practice in and around Wiltshire and the surrounding areas.

He works predominantly in Family Law and will assist with all matters relating to his Family Clients’, from Divorce and Matrimonial Finances, issues with child arrangements that his clients’ may be struggling with and acting for those unmarried couples who have separated in  Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustee Act (TOLATA) matters.  His experience in TOLATA cases means he has acted for clients’ who have found themselves in difficulties with friends, partners or even siblings following the division of an Estate.

He has extensive experience in Civil Litigation and has acted in numerous commercial disputes between former business partners, as well as various breach of contract issues, which he approaches in a far more personal manner.

He assists his clients in preparing Wills and LPA’s.
