Partner Solicitor specialising in Corporate, Commercial and Negligence

Career

As a Partner Solicitor with Wildcat Law, Ceri specialises in Corporate, Commercial and Negligence matters.  She also regularly assists self-employed individuals in the Social Media/Influencer space including Only Fans.

Ceri has extensive ligation experience ranging from small claims to very large, multi-party claims.  She has advised both Claimants and Defendants and on all aspects of litigation from pre-action conduct right through to trial.  She has represented individuals, businesses and insurance companies in litigation matters of all values.

Examples of Ceri’s experience include;

·         Professional Negligence/Insurance

-        Defending a wide variety of professional negligence claims for a number of different professions including solicitors, financial advisors, surveyors, insurance brokers and IT consultants.

-        Advising on insurance policy coverage, including policy response, aggregation, non-disclosure, breach of warranty and exclusion clauses.

·         Corporate/Commercial

-        Drafting terms and conditions for a Telecoms company

-        Negotiating and drafting contracts for the provision of Microsoft Teams Direct Call Routing to an international group of companies.

-        Advising on company secretarial matters including transfer of shares, general meetings, amending articles of association, filings at companies’ house, and advising on policies.

·         Commercial Litigation /Civil Litigation

-        Acting and advising in debt matters both in relation to companies and individuals

-        Acting in various contract disputes including breach of contract and misrepresentation matters

As well as being a successful Solicitor Ceri is also the Legal and Finance Director for her own telecoms and technology company further supporting and developing her understanding of corporate, telecoms and technology law.
