With a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and corporate governance, Farasat has worked with a diverse clientele, including high net worth individuals, SMEs, startups, family-owned businesses, and international corporations across various industries such as technology, healthcare, manufacturing, and retail.

Farasat has a wealth of experience in negotiating and drafting bespoke commercial agreements, leading corporate restructuring projects, and providing strategic legal guidance on regulatory compliance. Farasat also offer’s dispute resolution services via litigation and mediation. He is a CMC-accredited Civil & Commercial Mediator, adept at resolving disputes through mediation and negotiation.
