Farasat Ahmed is an astute Corporate & Commercial Solicitor with extensive experience advising clients on a wide range of business and legal matters. With a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and corporate governance, Farasat has worked with a diverse clientele, including high net worth individuals, SMEs, startups, family-owned businesses, and international corporations across various industries such as technology, healthcare, manufacturing, and retail.

Farasat has a wealth of experience in negotiating and drafting bespoke commercial agreements, leading corporate restructuring projects, and providing strategic legal guidance on regulatory compliance. Farasat also offer’s dispute resolution services via litigation and mediation. He is a CMC-accredited Civil & Commercial Mediator, adept at resolving disputes through mediation and negotiation.

Farasat regularly advise clients on:

• Business sales and acquisitions, including asset and share transactions

• Commercial agreements, including supplier, distribution, and service contracts

• Shareholder agreements, Company formations, restructuring, and regulatory compliance and corporate governance.

In addition to his legal practice, Farasat is currently completing his Notarial Practice Course at University College London, aiming to qualify as a Notary Public in England and Wales.
