Carlos A. Aguirre is a founding partner of Aguirre | Noboa Law Firm and currently is in charge of the Intellectual Property Department; within this area of practice, Carlos mainly handles all issues related to trademarks, patents, industrial designs, copyrights, unfair competition, and anti- counterfeiting.
