Career

Samer Badran concentrates his practice on Arbitration, Litigation. Construction law, Government contracts, Commercial law, Oil and Gas and Constitutional law.

Samer is an accredited arbitrator at the Cairo Regional Center for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA). He acted as a counsel, a sole arbitrator and a co-arbitrator in arbitration cases.

Samer graduated from the Faculty of Law at Cairo University (English Section) in 1999. Obtained an LLM in Comparative Law from the AUC in 2009.

Prior to joining Badran Law Office as a Partner in March 2013, Samer served as a Public Prosecutor for five years, than worked as a Judge in civil and lease courts, family courts, misdemeanor courts, and commercial courts for five years.
