Sanika Mehra, Co-Managing Partner & Head of Corporate Practice at Saga Legal, is a seasoned lawyer with over a decade of expertise in General Corporate and Commercial Laws. Her extensive knowledge encompasses a wide range of commercial matters, including, Contractual Agreements, Real Estate, Employment, Taxation, Banking & Finance, Regulatory Practice, and Securities Law. Within the firm, she is a key player in all aspects of Corporate Laws, including transactional facets like Restructuring, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Joint Ventures. She has effectively carried out a multitude of transactions, overseeing and successfully closing deals end to end with clients in sectors such as fintech, software, clothing and retail accessories, design agencies, hospitality, and the cosmetic industry. She has been instrumental in elevating and fostering the firm's operations by staying abreast of the latest legal updates through the knowledge initiatives program. 

Additionally, she has played a pivotal role in the firm's expansion by mentoring junior colleagues and spearheading thought leadership initiatives. She was recently ranked among ‘India’s Top Female Lawyers’ and also recognised as a ‘Rising Star’ by Asian Legal Business.
