On the wealth preservation front, Kayshavani’s expertise extends to setting up living trusts and testamentary trusts, business succession planning, private family agreements for tax planning purposes, and postnuptial agreements. She also frequently advises on adoption and deputyship applications.

As a proponent of therapeutic justice endorsed by the Family Justice Court, Kayshavani represents a new generation of lawyers dedicated to this approach.
