Denise Teo is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in both civil disputes and criminal investigations.

Her background in corporate law crosses over into her handling of litigation cases, including disputes involving negligence, defamation, conspiracy, contractual breaches, fraudulent misrepresentation, and vicarious liability. She has a wealth of experience in guiding her clients through internal investigations or investigations by the authorities. Her combined civil and criminal experience allows her to provide holistic advice to clients, approaching their issues from all angles.

Prior to joining Yuen Law, Denise spent several years as an associate director at one of the Big Four law firms, where she honed her skills in providing legal counsel to clients. She has experience advising on commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, trusts, insolvency.

She caters to a diverse clientele, which includes MNCs, listed companies and unincorporated associations from various industries such as insurance, construction, shipping, real estate, and food & beverage.
