Legal, Risk, and Compliance Associate

Prior to joining CSB Group, Francesca worked at a locally based law firm wherein she primarily specialised in Immigration Law and also formed part of the employment and regulatory team.

Francesca assists clients with Anti-Money Laundering Compliance and Employment Law. Her secondary areas of specialisation are Trusts and Foundations and Immigration Law.

Having read her Law degree at the University of Malta, she was conferred a Bachelor of Laws degree in 2016 and a Master of Advocacy degree in 2017. During the Bachelor course, Francesca furthered her studies in Florence, as part of the Erasmus Exchange Programme, where she read Comparative Law, EU Law and International Human Rights at Universita Degli Studi di Firenze for a period of 6 months. In July 2019, Francesca obtained the Foundation Certificate in Trusts Law and Management, awarded by the IFSP.
