Junior Regulated Industries Associate

Luana forms part of the CSB Legal Shipping & Yachting department and also assists the Commercial & Corporate department. She has been an active legal professional since 2018, having entered into this field as a trainee with a highly respected litigation law firm in Valletta, Malta wherein she has had the opportunity to work on various tasks in diverse fields of law, including civil law, employment law, and corporate and commercial law.

Luana is admitted to the Maltese Bar, Superior Courts of Malta.

Luana was conferred a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Malta in 2020, following the successful submission of her Dissertation entitled ‘A comparative analysis between the interpretation of in loco parentis under English law and that under Maltese law’. Thereafter, she read for and graduated with a degree in Master of Advocacy from the University of Malta in 2021.
