Position

Sarah is a Partner in our Employment department and has more than 25 years' experience advising on the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment law, from large scale strategic reorganisation programmes to discrimination issues and executive disputes.

She has considerable advocacy experience and particular expertise in all areas of Employment Tribunal and High Court Litigation. Sarah has successfully litigated a number of landmark cases, including RDF v Clements, a landmark restrictive covenant dispute and Reinhard v Ondra and The Royal Bank of Scotland v Grant Hogben, an unfair dismissal and age discrimination dispute.

Her clients are drawn from all areas of business, with a particularly strong following in the finance and media sectors. She works for a range of corporate clients from well-known global brands and internationally listed organisations to mid-size domestic organisations. Sarah also spends a small proportion of her time advising senior executives on a range of issues from high profile disputes to negotiating contracts of employment or severance terms.

Sarah speaks regularly on employment law at seminars and conferences.
