Begüm Kayum Ağar specialized mainly in merger and acquisitions, corporate law, employment, real estate, e-commerce and data protection law.  She also focuses on corporate restructuring and bankruptcy law.  Begüm is qualified attorney of New York Bar. Begüm has significant experience representing international and local clients from a variety of sectors in their corporate transactional needs.
