Abigail has over 15 years’ experience in resolving large and complex commercial disputes.

Abigail has acted for both national and international clients (high net worth individuals and corporates) in claims before the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court. She also has experience in arbitration, together with other means of dispute resolution, such as mediation, expert determination and adjudication.

Her areas of focus include contractual and warranty disputes, contentious trusts and civil fraud claims. Alongside her commercial litigation practice, Abigail also specialises in reputation management and information law (breach of confidence, data protection and privacy).
