Chiluba Mumba is currently the Managing Partner of Equitas Legal Practitioners

Chiluba is a qualified Zambian legal practitioner with over 14 years standing on the Roll of Legal Practitioners. Previously, Chiluba practiced as an Advocates in the private sector for three (3) Firms before moving on to work as inhouse counsel at the Energy Regulation Board where she served in various portfolios with the most recent being Director Legal and Board Secretary. Chiluba has acquired a lot of experience in advising both local and international firms on setting up energy, mining and other areas of corporate advisory and also in commercial and civil dispute settlements.

Chiluba is a member of the Law Association of Zambia (LAZ), Institute of Directors of Zambia; Country Coordinator in Zambia for Africa Minigrid Developers Association (AMDA) | Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and previously served as a member of the Licensing Committee of the Securities and Exchange Commission. She also sits on various Boards of private companies.

Chiluba Mumba holds a Master of Laws Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of London, a Bachelor of laws degree from the University of Zambia (UNZA) and is an Advocate of the High Court of Judicature for Zambia with audience before all the Superior Courts in Zambia

Chiluba is married and a mother

In her spare time, Chiluba loves tourism, interior design and landscaping activities, farming both crop and animal and cooking.
