Anjali with a decade of experience specializes in managing commercial transaction documentation, negotiation and transaction closing support. She is also involved in transaction structuring and handholds clients on regulatory compliances for business operations in India under the domestic laws and foreign exchange regulations. She spearheads the  Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (POSH) practice of the Firm.

Legal 500 recognised and listed Anjali as Recommended Lawyer 2023. Anjali is responsible for the firm’s Bangalore, Pune and Kochi practice. She is a Member of Kerala Bar Council.
