Co-head of the Projects, Energy, and Green Hydrogen teams at Grupo Evans. He is a trusted advisor to international and national businesses in large high-stake projects, complex regulatory matters, or in litigation before regulators. Frequently serves on arbitration panels in disputes involving concessions granted by the Public Works Ministry (MOP). Regularly teaches courses in both energy regulation and constitutional law at the Catholic University LL.M. program and at Finis Terrae (private Chilean university). Author of book on “Law and economic regulation of electric energy” (2017), which is widely cited in rulings. Founding member and current Chair of the Chilean Association of Energy Law and Regulation. Advised a presidential candidate on energy policy in 2022.
