Working in the Regulatory and Administrative practice, he primarily focuses on energy and natural resources matters, advising clients on environmental, energy, territorial, indigenous, mining, and water issues. Gustavo has experience in the development and evaluation of Non-Conventional Renewable Energy (NCRE) projects, as well as supporting the processing of permits, concessions, and the negotiation of various land occupation titles.
