Has extensive experience representing clients across the entire power value chain, including generation, transmission, renewables, communities, indigenous law.

Has strong track record advising bidding consortia in infrastructure transactions across the energy sector.

Provides counsel on issues related to hydroelectric power production, wind power and grid development, in regulatory issues and constraints, contractual matters, concession issues, establishment and development of power production, energy-related transactions, acquisition of water rights, land easements and other legal requirements and appraisals.

Has extensive experience in complex energy transactions, especially within PV, hydro-and wind power, representing both sellers and buyers.

Frequent speaker at seminars and conferences on energy trends, challenges faced by the sector in technology, regulation, and adoption of renewable energies and Green Hydrogen projects and policies.
