With more than 15 years of experience, Ellrico is also widely known as the “go-to lawyer” by companies; national and multi-national; to represent their interest in corporate and debt restructuring as well as bankruptcy proceedings.

Ellrico has experience in advising and representing clients in disputes within a wide array of sectors, such as shareholder disputes, aviation, shipping, oil and gas, investment, capital market, land acquisition, financial services, hospitality, manufacturing, retail & consumer.

In providing legal advice and solutions to his clients, Ellrico is known to be comprehensive and combines his extensive legal knowledge and experience with, not only the needs of the client, but also takes into account relevant business environment and trends.

Ellrico is registered as a member of the Indonesian Advocate Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia – PERADI) and active as a committee of Indonesian Advocate Association (AAI).

Ellrico Co-Heads the Dispute Resolution practice in PSHP and he specialises in the areas of arbitration, commercial litigation, alternative dispute resolution, bankruptcy and restructuring.
