Miroslava is an experienced lawyer who started her career in 2011 and has since then been advising corporate clients on a broad spectrum of transactions – including public and private M&A and equity capital markets work – as well as on general corporate law and corporate governance issues. She specialises in banking and finance transactions, including real estate finance, fund finance, general corporate lending and acquisition finance as well as debt restructuring.

Prior to joining us, Miroslava worked in one of the top-tier law firms in Luxembourg, in the Luxembourg office of a global leader in the trust and corporate services sector and in one of the largest law firms in Slovakia.
