Career

Founder of the VONG HIN FAI LAWYERS & PRIVATE NOTARY founded on July 1, 2015.

Is a registered lawyer at the Macau Lawyers Association and practices in Macau since 1996 and was appointed by the Macau Government as private notary in 1997.

In 2006, he was delegated as China-Appointed Attesting Notary (Macau) by the Ministry of Justice of the People’s Republic of China.

From January of 2020, he is the honorary chairman of the Renhe Qibang Xianhui(Hengqin) Joint Venture Law Firm. In October 2022, he was granted qualification to practice as lawyer in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area by the Department of Justice of Guangdong Province, and since then serves as a “GBA lawyer” in Renhe Qibang Xianhui(Hengqin) Joint Venture Law Firm.

He is also an arbitrator of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), the South China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (also known as Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration) and a counselor of the Legal Professional Committee of Council for the Promotion of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Cooperation.

He has extensive experience in various legal areas, particularly, on real estate and land law, gaming law, administrative law, commercial law, banking and finance law, notarization and registration law, labour law. His legal professional background and experience are highly recognized by diverse sectors of Macau.

He graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Law from the Faculty of Law of University of Macau in 1993 and concluded Master’s Degree of Law at the Law Faculty of the People’s University of China in 2003
