Practising for 20 years, Mathilde Salavin spent the first part of her career (14 years) in the Legal Department of a major pharmaceutical group, as Head of Legal Affairs dedicated to R&D and commercial operations, before joining the firm in 2019 as Senior Counsel and then Partner in 2023.

Mathilde has developed unique expertise in life sciences law, assisting researchers throughout the R&D process for drugs and vaccines, from early-stage research to pre-clinical and clinical development, as well as setting up epidemiological and Phase IV studies. Her expertise also extends to manufacturing, developed through the frequent negotiation of manufacturing, licensing and supply framework agreements with a large number of CDMOs, including Lonza, Wuxi and Catalent. Mathilde is in charge of a large number of complex operations and contract negotiations with her clients' key partners in the life sciences, cleantech, medtech, animal health, agri-food, cosmetics, quantum mathematics and other innovative sectors.
