David Bouskela-Elias holds a DJCE and a CAPA, and began his career in 2006 as a tax lawyer with leading national law firms (Bignon Lebray, Carbonnier Lamaze Rasle & associés) before moving into corporate and M&A with Alister Avocats, where he worked as an associate for 4 years before becoming a partner for 3 years. He was responsible for developing an international unit with leading law firms in Europe, with whom he has continued to maintain close links (mainly in Portugal, Spain, Italy, the UK and Germany).
David then set up his own firm STARK AVOCATS in 2015 in premises that have since been shared with MCE Carrel, with whom he started working in 2021 as Of Counsel.
David is mainly involved in structuring projects, restructuring groups, buying out companies and raising dilutive or non-dilutive funds in a variety of sectors (biotech, industry, transport, jewellery, healthcare, digital marketing, agri-food, sport and real estate) for national and international clients (mainly Portugal, Spain, Italy and the UAE).
