A lawyer for over ten years, Thomas Rocco joined MCE CARREL in 2024 as Of Counsel. With a degree in intellectual property and IT law, he assists a clientele of start-ups and major groups in setting up, marketing and protecting their creations, particularly in the IT field, as well as ensuring compliance with the RGPD. In this capacity, he assists a number of players in the medical and socio-medical fields, as well as in cosmetics and food.

Thomas Rocco has been seconded to a number of major international groups to work on litigation and negotiation of IT contracts, giving him hands-on experience. He has also handled collective or certification trademarks for his clients. As part of his commitment, he gives free legal advice every week to promote women's entrepreneurship. He is also a member of the AFCDP (French association of personal data protection correspondents).
