Stanislav is one of KGK Law Firm’s founders. He graduated LLM in Bulgaria, but part of his practical experience was spent in Germany. He has worked on some significant commercial transactions in the recent years in Bulgaria which include mergers and acquisitions and insolvency with an international element. Stanislav leads KGK's activities in the areas of corporate and commercial law, M&A, start-ups, administrative law and procedures, migration law. He advises clients in the implementation of EU projects and programmes. Stanislav has worked on projects with which certain products and services were introduced for the first time on the Bulgarian market. Stanislav also manages KGK's activities related to international clients.
