Claudia has been exclusively dedicated to providing clients counsel on Italian employment and labor law since the beginning of her career 15 years ago.

Her practice focuses on providing legal advice on a wide range of workplace matters in and out of court.  In particular, Claudia has a wealth of knowledge assisting national and international clients  on all types of employment contracts ( for example full time, part time, and temporary work contracts) as well as disciplinary procedures, non-compete clauses, transfers of business, restructurings, reorganizations, trade union negotiations, industrial relations and much more! She is particularly noted for her knowledge of pensions in Italy.

Claudia, who has exclusively dedicated her career to providing counsel on Italian workplace law matters,  has extensive experience collaborating with some of the top national and international law firms in Italy.  She is an alumna of LABLAW - recognized as being one of the top employment law boutiques in Italy.

Today she joins colleagues she has been collaborating with for 15+ years at the new Italian employment law boutique Failla&Partners which was founded by Luca Failla in 2022.

Claudia has written numerous articles and texts over the course of her career - on a wide range of workplace themes  such as on pensions and temporary work.

She also regularly speaks at academic seminars and professional conferences sharing her knowledge of the most recent workforce laws and regulations as businesses in Italy confront a new labor landscape.
