Claudia has been exclusively dedicated to providing clients counsel on Italian employment and labor law since the beginning of her career 15 years ago.

Her practice focuses on providing legal advice on a wide range of workplace matters in and out of court.  In particular, Claudia has a wealth of knowledge assisting national and international clients  on all types of employment contracts ( for example full time, part time, and temporary work contracts) as well as disciplinary procedures, non-compete clauses, transfers of business, restructurings, reorganizations, trade union negotiations, industrial relations and much more! She is particularly noted for her knowledge of pensions in Italy.
