Position
Elisabetta has been exclusively specialized in providing counsel on Italian Employment and Labor Law - in and out of court - since the beginning of her legal career over 20 years ago.
Her practice focuses on providing counsel on both national and international businesses and senior managers on a wide range of workplace matters - such as employee contracts, agency relationships, transfers of business, reorganizations and restructurings, non-compete clauses, Italian trade union negotiations and so much more!
Clients particularly appreciate her knowledge and availability when confronting numerous workplace matters which arise on a day-to-day basis.

Career
Elisabetta commenced her legal career in 2001 at the firm of Abbatescianni in Milan, Italy. Later in 2006 she became a founding member of a new employment law boutique start-up called LABLAW. This firm would quickly go on to become known as one of the top Employment and Labor Law firms in Italy. She became a Partner of LABLAW in 2009.
Today Elisabetta joins colleagues that she has worked with for over 2 decades at Failla&Partners, which was founded in 2022, providing Italian employment and labor law counsel to a wide range of national and international clients - in the good times and the bad.
