Gülşah ALGIN, is managing partner of Juris Attorney Partnership. Following her graduation from Başkent University, Gülşah Algin completed her master's degree in commercial law, and continued her career by working in multiple public institutions and private sector.

Ms. Algın provides consultancy and dispute resolution services to public institutions and private companies on regulatory compliance, corporate-financial structure establishment procedures, legal audit and contract consultancy.  She carried out legal compliance consultancy and legal audit for integrated facilities in the renewable energy sector.

Moreover, Ms. Algın provided consultancy services for the PPP project of an integrated facility operating in the recycling sector, and took part in the acquisition of an energy group company operating in the natural gas sector. Ms. Algın is also experienced in tax and incentives about which she provides consultancy for clients operating in e-commerce.
