Ferhan Yıldızlı is founding partner of Juris Attorney Partnership. Being experienced in both public and private sector in his career, Yıldızlı started his career as a systems engineer and became one of the founders of Juris, specializing in international relations, arbitration and private law.

Mr. Yıldızlı provides legal services in banking and finance, capital markets, venture capital, e-commerce and e-export, financial technologies (fintech) sectors. In particular, he provides consultancy regarding mergers and acquisitions and compliance procedures for domestic and foreign clients. He works closely with start-ups and technoparks. As being one of his work highlights, Mr. Yıldızlı provided vendor-party services to a local venture sold to Silicon Valley. He prepared sectoral compliance reports for international investment initiatives. Furthermore, he represented investor party in before International Investment Arbitration Center (ICSID). He is experienced in financial technologies (fintech), crowdfunding, independent legal reports and financing round schemes.

He continues providing regulatory compliance and consultancy to entrepreneurs, start-ups and e-commerce platforms. He regularly gives lectures at the Turkish Foreign Trade Foundation.
