Mehmet Tuğberk Dekak is operational partner of Juris Attorney Partnership. After graduating from Başkent University, Dekak ​​specialized in insurance arbitration and international arbitration with his master's degree in arbitration and continues his academic studies in this field with a doctorate degree.

Mr. Dekak provides services in insurance and reinsurance, construction, energy and infrastructure sectors. He is also experienced in antidumping cases before European Commission. In particular, he provides dispute resolution and mediation services to domestic and foreign clients regarding proceedings in the Insurance Arbitration Commission, ISTAC, ICSID and ICC.

Mr. Dekak represented more than 100 parties before the Insurance Arbitration Commission. He concluded multiple independent legal reports for initial public offering procedures. He is experienced in investment arbitration and represented international parties before International Investment Arbitration Center (ICSID).
