Yusuf Yılmaz specializes in corporate law, commercial law, contract law, and regulatory compliance. He provides expert consultancy services to clients across various sectors, including construction, energy and infrastructure, and waste management and recycling.

Yılmaz advises capital companies particularly on merger and acquisition processes, preparation of due diligence reports, shareholders' agreements, articles of association of capital companies, general assembly and board of directors decisions and finalization of these processes in administrative institutions, and acting as counsel of companies in court and arbitration processes in disputes arising from these agreements.

He also provides consultancy on the compliance of company management and human resources processes with legislation and corporate governance principles, represents companies before the public or private entities in the process of; drafting and revising contracts, legal consultancy during the execution of the contracts and mediation, arbitration and litigation processes arising from the contracts.
