I specialize in the areas of Constitutional, Commercial & Corporate Laws, Securities & Equity related Laws, Venture Capital Investments, Infrastructure & Power, Public Utility Laws & Arbitration and Conciliation. In recognition of my exemplary career and my expertise in the field of litigation which has spanned over 25 years, I was designated Senior Advocate of the Karnataka High Court in 2021.

I also have a longstanding practice in the field of Company law before varied fora including the National Company Law Tribunals and the Appellate Tribunals in proceedings arising out of the Companies Act 2013 as well as the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.

Among the Clients I have represented are the Bar Council of India, the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (IRDA), the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), the Industrial Financial Corporation of India (IFCI) and other State and Central Government owned Banks etc.

I was designated Senior Advocate of the Karnataka High Court in 2021. I am also a Solicitor of England and Wales and an empanelled Arbitrator in the Indian Council of Arbitration.

I am a member of the Governing Council of the Bar Association of India as well as the Law Society, UK and LAWASIA. I am also a Fellow at the Indian Council of Arbitration.
