Partner

Piergiorgio is Managing Partner of LawaL LEgal & Tax Advisory, and head of the Financial Intermediaries Regulation Department, and of the Corporate M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital Department.

His clients are banks, asset management companies and industrial companies, which he assists in particularly complex and structured transactions on the strength of experience acquired as a partner in leading Italian law firms and as an in-house lawyer in BNP Paribas Securities Services where he worked for many years.

A graduate of the Luigi Bocconi University, he holds a PhD in Comparative Law from the State University of Milan, and a Master’s Degree in Corporate Finance and Banking from SDA Bocconi. He taught Comparative Commercial Law at the State University of Milan.
